Registration Fees 

*** The registration fees covers documents and banquet and related activities, while accommodations and hotel fees are not included.

3. Registration: Please visit the conference website http://mtg.mimit-pku.org/index.php/, click the navigation bar on the left side of the first column to Register Now, and then click "Online Registration ". Enter MIMIT 2019 online registration and submission of electronic conference system, register your personal account, abstract submission, registration, etc. You can enter the system to modify your personal information within the corresponding deadline.

Confirmation of the Registration
Upon the receipt of the Online Registration, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail to each participant. Please keep a copy of the confirmation letter and show us upon your arriving at the conference registration desk.

Payment Methods
A. Online Pay: online payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), please follow the conference registration system to register and pay.

Note: 
1) Please make sure to indicate  “MIMIT 2019, your affiliation and name” on the Message to the Beneficiary of your bank transfer.
2) In order to avoid any delay or confusion in money transfer, please upload a copy of your remittance invoice, receipt or student status identification(if you are a student representative) to the online registration system.
3) Remittance must be completed by october 18, 2019.
4) Don‘t use Alipay or Wechat.
5) All bank charges will be borne by the participant.

Refund Policy and Cancellation Charge
A written notification of cancellation from attendees must be received and confirmed by the conference secretariat before a refund can be issued. An administrative charge and all bank charges will be deducted from the amount according to the date the cancellation letter is received:
